Heather is an experienced executive who works with leaders, coaches and their teams.
Heather's interest here is in moving beyond token gestures and shifting the focus to the principles of justice, fairness and human rights, partnering with like-minded organisations and sports to create a more equitable world for all, regardless of gender.
Heather believes sport can be used to accelerate meaningful change to address the ongoing underrepresentation of women in leadership and coaching and that we need more leaders who can coach and coaches who can lead. She is an experienced executive and brings to her work significant personal experience of working in and navigating a range of national and international sport environments.

Heather provides advisory services focused on the design of innovative and integrated opportunities for women, organisations and sports. Opportunities for women to lead and coach. Opportunities for organisations and sports to address systemic biases in their environments that continue to marginalise women. All designs are built on the principles of justice, fairness and human rights.
